We took home three of the six Grand Awards, Smiti Gandhi and Andrew Liu received the grand in Physical Sciences, Syamantak Payra got the Grand for Engineering and Akhil Majmudar was runner up Grand in Life Sciences.

2017 International Science Fair
- Tanya Kumar was awarded a comprehensive scholarship from Arizona State University and $500 from AVASC.
- Wittiker Schlauch was awarded 4th place in Engineering Mechanics and also a $500 prize.
- Syamantak Payra received 2nd place in Embedded Systems and a $1,500 prize as well as $500 from the International Council on Systems Engineering.
2017 State Science Fair
- Syamantak Payra placed first in Embedded Systems and won the Grand Award for Physical Sciences. He also received the Intel Excellence in Computer Science Award.
- Tanya Kumar placed second in Translational Medical Sciences.

- Andrew, Smiti, Adarsh, and Syamantak will compete at the state science fair in San Antonio in a couple of weeks but have already received their bid to the International Science and Engineering Fair in Pittsburg in May!
2018 District Science Fair
We took home three of the six Grand Awards, Smiti Gandhi and Andrew Liu received the grand in Physical Sciences, Syamantak Payra got the Grand for Engineering and Akhil Majmudar was runner up Grand in Life Sciences.
In Animal Science- Annabelle Sallee won 3rd place
In Biochemistry and Microbiology- Akhil Majmudar won 1st
In Behavioral and Social Sciences- Christine Jiang and the team of Phuong Tran and Rishika Chidananda received Honorable Mention
In Computer Sciences- Adarsh Suresh won 1st place
In Engineering- Aerospace- Marcus Schlauch won 1st
In Engineering- Electrical and Mechanical- Syamantak Payra won 2nd and the team of Zain Virani and Prateesh Vijaykumar received honorable mention
In Engineering- Materials and Bioengineering- the team of Bhargav Parthasarathy and Danny Nguyen won 1st and Muhammad Zain and Saad Nadeem won 3rd

2017 International Science Fair
- Tanya Kumar was awarded a comprehensive scholarship from Arizona State University and $500 from AVASC.
- Wittiker Schlauch was awarded 4th place in Engineering Mechanics and also a $500 prize.
- Syamantak Payra received 2nd place in Embedded Systems and a $1,500 prize as well as $500 from the International Council on Systems Engineering.
2017 State Science Fair
- Syamantak Payra placed first in Embedded Systems and won the Grand Award for Physical Sciences. He also received the Intel Excellence in Computer Science Award.
- Tanya Kumar placed second in Translational Medical Sciences.
- Dhiren Wijesinghe placed second in Engineering Mechanics.
- The team of Andrew Liu and Smiti Gandhi placed second in Environmental Engineering.
-The four second place individuals have also been invited to attend the Governor's Science and Technology Champion's Academy this summer.
